The MTC Worship and Arts Ministry

We are privileged to have in this house some of the world's most articulate expressions of God's glory in the area of music and the fine arts. From renowned worship leaders and a wellspring of virtuoso musicians to a company of anointed illusionists and dramatists, God has given this ministry an unparalleled abundance of artistic expression. With a Pastoral vision and mandate to transcend the apathy of our religious culture, the predominate dynamism of this department is to reclaim the lost artistic expressions with a spirit of excellence, while nurturing the more familiar music ministries of the church. You will find the following departments and or ministry areas included in Musical Arts: Choirs/Ensembles Voices of Judah, MTC Mass MTC Chorale Youth Choir Children's Choir (The Promise Land Choir) Pageantry Division Doxology (Adult dancers) Rejoice (Youth) Children Dancers Sounds of Jericho (Step Team) MTC Standard Team MTC Mime Ministry MTC Drama Troupe, MTC Band, MTC Rap and Spoken Word Ministry, the Transfusion Dance Ministry, and the music ministry of N-Harmony.

Our Purpose

To establish the vision of our Pastor within the framework of the Worship Arts Ministry.
To provide each service/function of MTC with a fresh and proper anointing through anointed music and arts.
To create an atmosphere conducive for the miraculous to happen.
To serve God, our Pastor, our congregation and this city with excellence of anointing, skilled musicianship and creative approaches to each element of worship and the arts.
To establish a traceable path to fruitful worship and arts ministry as established within the framework of the Holy scriptures.

Our Commitment

Along with the above responsibility also comes accountability. A leadership role is both spiritually and physically demanding. It is our desire that one recognize the call of God on their life and the responsibilities that come with the calling. Do count up the cost and determine whether or not this is really where you want to be. It is our desire to see each person in the Worship Arts Department maximize his/her gifts to their fullest potential.
