Mission Statement:
Our mission is to train and educate members of the flock in every area of personal and church development.  Our goal is to prepare a well informed and well-equipped believer, who is able to wage war against the forces of darkness, thus making them More Than Conquerors.

This means ensuring all departments have current policies and procedures, orientation material, and training manuals. In addition, each new member should have adequate orientation and training before working in an auxiliary.

 The department is responsible for administrating and coordinating programs and strategies that equip and train church leaders. This training allows them to oversee their departments and members with excellence which contributes to their spiritual growth. The Education department is responsible for developing and coordinating all learning and training experiences offered by the ministry.  Some of these training opportunities include our:

• New Members Training - a six week introduction to the vision, policies, and overall tenets of belief of the ministry
• Seminars- annual reinforcements to the weekly teachings, specialized seminars are offered to minister to the flock. (Prayer, Couples, Singles, Youth, Women, Financial, Business and Church Worker's Boot Camp)
• Annual Boot Camp training - an intense annual worker's training open to ministers, leaders and church workers to equip and refresh the soldiers in the army of God. 
• Minister's Training classes- a two year training course designed to equip those who sense the call to the five-fold ministry in the basic practical and theological truths of the gospel, which may lead to licensing and/or ordination.
