Are you ready to be made whole? Then, visit our Bethesda Family Life Center. Located adjacent to our main sanctuary, our center features state of the art cardiovascular equipment, full court gymnasium, aerobics studio, and much more. Be sure to inquire about our seasonal sports programs. A ministry representative will assist you with facility usage information.

The Bethesda Family Life Center is the manifested vision of our Pastor, Steve Green. It is our goal to provide ministry to the total man, spirit, soul, and body. With state of the art exercise and Nautilus equipment, we wish to challenge you to keep your vessels "fit for the Master's use".

We offer aerobic classes, community awareness seminars, and health fairs which are open to the entire community. Additionally we feature an indoor track, full-sized gymnasium, game room and much more!!!

We are excited to announce the implementation of Bethesda Family Life's Center New Fitness Program!  Through our new program we will:

· Offer fitness classes to promote healthy lifestyles, and provide classes for everyone, from the novice to the more experienced.    Bethesda has it all for you.

· We are currently offering the following classes:

a. Biggest Conqueror Class-addresses personal goals of weight loss, healthy eating, and to encourage exercise. The classes also offers low impact aerobics, walking, and use of the fitness room.

b. African Dance Aerobics Class-is a combination of African dance steps and low-to-high impact aerobics, full of energy. Classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays.
